Introduction

Stone Overseas is an entity which looks after exporting of different varieties of Kota Sandstones like Kandla Grey, Red and Brown colored sandstones. We at Stone Overseas bring raw sandstones of different colors from our own mines to our factory situated in Kota itself. In our factory, we do the processing of sandstone, cut in several tile sizes varying from 120x60 cm to 30x30 cm. The cutting of sandstone is mainly done by our skilled stone masons having more than 20 years of experience in it. We have team of around 30 employees who are managing our sandstone factory in Kota.

Mittal founder of Stone Overseas, Mittal Stone Suppliers and Mittal Enterprises is elected as president of SMVS for 2013-2015.

History

Mr. M.K. Mittal founder of Mittal Stone Suppliers and Mittal Enterprise, hails from a small village (near Bharatpur). He started sandstone business on a small scale. In 1985, he put the foundation of MSS and ME at the age of 25 years. In 1989, sandstone business took a huge boom and prices of sandstone rose by 100%. Mr. Mittal predicted this change at an early stage and made this opportunity to emerge as one of the top sandstone suppliers in India. And from then onwards he never looked back and Mittal Stone Suppliers always remained at top of business.After being successful in the local market dealing in wholesale business of sandstone, Mr. Mittal grew a new business and ventured into exporting of sandstones in the year 2006. It was then foundation of Stone Overseas was laid by the members of Mittal Stone Suppliers and Mittal Enterprise.
